Gigi learned to cook standing on a stool beside her mother in Lagos, stirring pots of jollof taller than she was. Every recipe we serve carries that memory — smoky, generous, and made with patience.
Today our chefs cook the same way, in small fresh batches, and pack every cooler to travel so it arrives tasting like it just left the stove.
